Tony began his career in as a banker in the Equities market before moving into the capital markets as both trader and salesperson of cash and derivative products.

He has worked in executive search for 20 years, initially in a financial services boutique before joining one of the then UK’s largest financial recruiters working for some of the largest International financial services firms, Investment Banks and Corporates. Identifying key individuals and establishing new business lines during his time there Tony was promoted to become a Managing Director and Main board Director before leaving to start his own business which he helped build into a high profile service provider across several sectors including Financial services, Technology and Risk Management.

After exiting his company he joined the global management consulting firm A.T.Kearney where he had responsibility for building a European Financial Services executive search practice. He also worked across the U.S and Asian markets delivering on both senior recruitment mandates and strategic analyses of new business initiatives on behalf of a range of clients including local and International banks, Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Global Corporations and Insurance companies.

Prior to joining Mars He was working as CEO of an international recruitment firm with offices in London and Dubai.
