Sandie Pedemons

After graduating from a French International Business School, Sandie commenced her career in Media and Advertising consulting.

Having worked in Paris, Amsterdam and Brussels, she sought to continue developing her international experience and accepted another challenge in the fastest growing Middle East region : the United Arab Emirates. Sandie’s success continued working with such high profile publications as The Weekly Telegraph.

By living and working in the UAE and coming into contact with many of the top decision makers in the region, she rapidly came to understand the benefits and challenges of such a fast growing economy, realising that to sustain its growth the Middle East region would need not only to attract the best talent but to retain it as well.

With the increasing importance of Human Resources, and its role as a strategic resource for successful companies, Sandie saw sufficient demand for professional HR executives to set up a Human Resources practice aimed at supporting the internal and external growth of the Middle East’s fastest growing companies. Utilising her knowledge of the area combined with an extensive European network Sandie worked within an established recruitment group to build the HR practice from scratch into what became a highly respected practice area. She joined The Mars Partnership in October 2008 to further extend her network and capitalize on the company’s well established links to the region.
