Paul Brennan   Paul Brennan brings over 20 years of executive-level experience in the IT sector.

He is currently Chairman of Zeus Technology, VisionOSS and Apptix ASA. Previous positions have included Chairman of Xtractor AS and Trustix AS among others and also Partner and CEO of Korral Partners. He was also CEO of Metamerge AS, where he managed the company through its successful acquisition by IBM Corporation. Prior to that, he was Vice President and General Manager of Actional Corporation and NetFRAME Systems Inc, where in both cases he established the European operations for the US parent companies. Brennan was also the Sales & Marketing Director of Europe for EQUANT, and was part of the European management team through its successful dual listings on the New York and Paris exchanges. He started his career with 10 years at IBM Corporation in Europe and Australia after graduating with degrees in Geology and Geophysics from the University of Sydney.

He has lived in the UK for almost 20 years and has focused on the global IT and Telecommunications sectors – with significant focus on US and European business expansion in both directions. Paul works closely with a number of financial institutions to engage with their portfolio companies with a focus on turn around and international development. In addition to advisory and hands on management of businesses he also established a corporate finance business in the UK (Korral Partners) to span the Nordic - UK geography which culminated in a personal exit in early 2007.
