Matthew Bennett

Matthew graduated from Exeter University in 1999 with a 2.1 in Economics. He then joined Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) as a strategy and process analyst where he rose to senior consultant level. After taking some time out to travel the world he joined BLT, the specialist management consultancy recruiter. He then set up the management consultancy executive search desk at Enigma before joining the Mars Partnership in 2008.

Matthew has used his background and experience to develop a real specialism in the management consultancy sector and now brings many years experience to his role . He has placed senior level individuals within Big-4 consultancies, start-ups, boutique strategy houses, PE/VC firms, niche Big-4 spin-offs, in-house consultancy roles, banks and generic industry roles.

He has a particular expertise in strategy and innovation consulting within the energy & utilities (including clean-tech), financial services and FMCG / retail sectors.
