Jonathan graduated in law from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow and spent his early career in the Financial Services Sector before entering the world of Executive Search some 18 years ago. He also spent two years as the Human Resources Director of a Belgian software company.

He has specialised in executing international search assignments on behalf of clients in the Financial Services, Advanced Technology and Professional Services sectors. For the last four years he has been working predominantly in Russia/CIS and Central and Eastern European Markets where he has successfully completed assignments in Russia, The Ukraine, Poland, The Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia.
