Greg graduated in Economics and spent his early career in HM Forces, before entering the electronics industry as a regional
Sales Director.

Using this experience he became an executive recruiter with the technology firm Hanover Matrix in 1998, where he opened and led several major accounts for global businesses, including IBM, Ericsson and BT, as well as leading the company in business consulting, security and utilities.

Headhunted to join Hanover Fox International, a privately owned search and selection firm, he co-led their Communication and Entertainment and Utilities practices, recruiting a range of management and technical roles for a wide range of clients, both corporate and SME.
